Primary Section

Admission Process

Admission is available to pupils into Creche, Reception, Nursery, Year 1-5. The procedures are as follow:

1. Admission forms are available from the school
2. Fill the form and attach two passports, a photocopy of the birth certificate, medical report and last result (for stages).
3. A test will be conducted for pupils into Nursery & Years.
4. If successful, admission and fee payment break down will be given.

Secondary Section

Admission Process

Castle Hill Academy appreciates that no child should be denied access to qualitative and affordable education:

Hence, pupils who have completed primary six in recognized private or public schools regardless of their gender, nationality, ethnicity or religious backgrounds, are eligible to obtain the admission form. Everyone who obtains the form is allowed to sit for a competitive entrance examination. This usually takes place in batches from the month of March to Mid-August. The entrance examination into JSS 1 covers subjects such as Mathematics, English Studies and General Papers.

Admission is available to students into JSS 1 – SSS 2. The procedures are as follow:

1. Admission forms are available from the school
2. Fill the form and attach two passports, a photocopy of the birth certificate, medical report and last result (for stages).
3. Examination will be conducted for student into all classes.
4. If successful, admission and fee payment break down will be given.
5. School Contract form will be duely signed.
